Kim Holmes is an internationally recognized multidisciplinary dance artist, choreographer, educator, director, curator, and cultural movement practitioner whose career spans more than three decades. Rooted in Black dance culture and the evolution of hip-hop and street dance, Kim’s work bridges cultural movement traditions with contemporary artistic practice, education, wellness, and performance.

Kim has worked with and around leading artists, companies, cultural institutions, and creative platforms, including Mary J. Blige, Missy Elliott, Will Smith, Salt-N-Pepa, Jay-Z, Mýa, 702, Robert Redford, Forces of Nature, Opus Dance Theatre, Full Circle, Eden Arts, Kofago Institute & Dance Company, Bombada Drum and Dance, Cumbe, Saseya, Abundance Dance Company, DanceAfrica, and Voices of Hip Hop.

Her international movement work has reached communities and artists across Japan, Taiwan, Denmark, Brazil, Mexico, Austria, Europe, and beyond, reflecting her commitment to cultural exchange and the global language of dance.
